RateLimit HTTP / HTTPS using UFW

Due to the increase in DDoS attacks recently it is now necessary to Ratelimit the Requests on your webserver. The best way to prevent DDoS attacks is by using a CDN Network such as Cloudflare. However if you do not want to use a CDN Network and your Webserver or Web Application is exposed to the internet you need to ratelimit the traffic. The best way to ratelimit the traffic to your webserver is by blocking at the Firewall Level. The video below will show you to Ratelimit HTTP / HTTPS traffic using UFW in Debian and Ubuntu Server.
